This 20 hours training will empower you to offer more healing, transformational, rejuvenative and therapeutic...and soulful Yin yoga classes.
- This course will open new dimensions in your teachings
- You will learn how to connect to a deeper guidance for you as a teacher, to feel your class better, and how to hold a sacred safe space for people to be able to let go deeper, and dive deeper into themselves, and access more healing, release. You will be able to offer more tools for people to surrender, and to embrace themselves.
- You will practice how to settle deeper into your own Spirit connection for a more anchored, confident and inspired way of teaching.
- You will learn new ways to sequence the "perfect" class for each moment, people, groups.
- You will learn tools to discern the energetic qualities that are needed, and adapt your classes to that.
- We will anchor the breath deeper, to become a channel for transformational energies for all.
- We will practice observing bodies and people, to be able to recognize how to adjust poses, modify, or support a person on all levels
- We will learn about the nervous system and understand how to unlock a stronger safe space for all
- We will touch upon trauma sensitive perspectives and explore how we can incorporate that into our yin classes
- We will look shortly into the Yin& yang sequencing, for greater balance, and creative inspiration

Deep Immersion into Yin
Kata is an incredibly knowledgeable and articulate teacher. If you are looking to study the Yin Style, look no further. However, even though I learned a lot during these busy days, there was still the space for me to collect myself. Daily yin practices, and meridian/element study provided the perfect back drop for self exploration and acceptance. I left the training training more grounded than I began.
